Renew Restoration provides a premium restoration service to our customers at reasonable prices. While we work with insurance companies daily in this industry, we have no relationship with them. We do not receive sales leads nor are we on a vendor program. We work for you, our customer, and provide the support and documentation that will help you navigate your way through restoring your home according to local/state building codes and IICRC standards. Home restoration can be a stressful situation, and we promise to offer our knowledge and skillset to get your home restored as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.

Assessment of Damage
We assess the damage in your home, from charred and structurally compromised stud walls and trusses, to inspecting behind each rooms walls for smoke damage. We use a licensed electrician to inspect your home's electrical components for damage and safety issues caused by the fire, and have your HVAC duct work inspected and cleaned.
Transparent Process
Our restoration process is transparent from start to finish. We provide a detailed scope of work that lays out exactly how your home will be restored to its previous condition. We explain the entire process and expected timeframe to completion so you understand what it will take to restore your home. We regularly update you on the progress through each step of reconstruction.
Documentation
Your insurance company may require detailed documentation for your homes restoration. We provide professional assessments of damage, pictures, and line by line item break downs of costs for your project.
Not Affiliated with Insurance Vendor Programs
Some fire damage restoration companies may be on a preferred
vendor program. These restoration companies often give the insurance company the final word on the extent of work performed on your home. Renew Restoration has no affiliation with an insurance company and our only priority is restoring your home correctly. Complete Restoration
We offer complete fire damage restoration from start to finish including: emergency board up, demolition, water damage mitigation, permitting, structure cleaning, rebuild of damaged materials and a professional cleaning after your home is restored.
IICRC Certified
Renew Restoration is IICRC Certified to restore fire damaged homes. Fire damage restoration is currently an unregulated industry in Wisconsin, so make sure the company you choose has the knowledge to restore your home correctly.
